1. Delivered Product is damaged (physically
destroyed or broken) / defective (dead on arrival)

longer have a use for the product / you have changed your mind about the
purchase / the size of a fashion product does not fit / you do not like the

because they didn’t start when they arrived and impose a customer fee equal to
15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the

design on these products, the third-party seller is not required to accept
returns or exchange unless the products are damaged/defective upon arrival or
materially different from what was ordered.

All products packaging (such as boxes) and if
application, certificate of authenticity, grading and appraisal must be
