Policy for Sellers 

To create and ensure a safe, trusted and fair trading environment, all sellers are expected to strictly maintain and follow the Selling Policies and Sellers’ Code of Conduct while listing products for selling on  Policy for Sellers of is designed to:

Any offense committed by the Seller(s) or adopting any unfair or dishonest means and selling or trying to sell any prohibited and restricted items can result in a range of actions including;

ü  Cancellation, suspension or permanent termination of your account

ü  Store Suspension or termination

ü  Limits on Account Privileges

ü  Loss of Top Rated Seller Status

ü  Forfeiture of payment

ü  Imposition of Penalty, the amount of which is the sole discretion of

 All sellers must:

§  Not trade on Prohibited and Restricted Items.

§  Not operate more than one selling account on without a lawful business purpose.

§  Always provide authentic and correct information to and its customers.

§  Ensure safety of the selling items.

§  Not take any attempt to damage or abuse another Seller, their listings or ratings.

§  Not take any attempt to induce or inflate customers’ ratings, feedback, and reviews.

§  Not send unsolicited or inappropriate communications.

§  Not try to contact customers except through Buyer-Seller Messaging.

§  Not attempt to circumvent the sales process.

§  Deal fairly and not misuse any feature or service of

Prohibited and Restricted Items:

Sellers are responsible for any legal issues and other liabilities arising if you try and sell these below mentioned prohibited and restricted items on platform. We will cancel the listing of any prohibited and restricted items within 24 hours after we come to know about such occurrences.

§  Adult Material which includes pornography and other sexually suggestive materials (including literature, imagery and other media); escort or prostitution services.

§  Alcohol including alcoholic beverages such as beer, liquor, wine or champagne).

§  Animals and Wildlife Products - examples include live animals, mounted specimens, and ivory.

§  Beta Software, Bootleg/Pirated Recordings, Movie Prints, Ringtones..

§  Artifacts prohibited for sale.

§  Drugs and drug paraphernalia which includes illegal drugs and drug accessories, miracle cures which includes unsubstantiated cures, remedies or other items marketed as quick health fixes.

§  Endangered species which includes plants, animals or other organisms (including product derivatives) in danger of extinction.

  • Weapons which includes firearms, ammunition, knives, brass knuckles, gun parts, and other armaments, or any kinds of Police, Army, Navy and Air force Related Items.

§  Fireworks, Explosives and Explosive Substances; toxic, flammable and radioactive materials and substances.

§  Gaming/gambling which includes lottery tickets, sports bets, memberships/ enrolment in online gambling sites, and related content.

§  Government IDs and Licenses which includes fake Ids, passports, diplomas and noble titles.

§  Hacking and cracking materials which includes manuals, how-to guides, information, or equipment enabling illegal access to software, servers, watomites, or other protected property.

§  Human Parts and Remains.

§  Items Encouraging Illegal Activity – examples include an eBook describing how to create methamphetamine or firearms, ammunition etc.

§  Offensive Material - examples include ethnically or racially offensive material or any literature, products or other materials that: a) Defame or slander any person or groups of people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, or other factors b) Encourage or incite violent acts c) Promote intolerance or hatred.

§  Offensive goods, crime which includes crime scene photos or items, such as personal belongings, associated with criminals.

§  Real Estate.

§  Regulated goods which includes air bags; batteries containing mercury; Freon or similar substances/refrigerants, chemical/industrial solvents, government uniforms, car titles or logos, license plates, police badges and law enforcement equipment, lock-picking devices, Traffic devices which includes radar detectors/ jammers, license plate covers, traffic signal changers, and related products, pesticides; postage meters, recalled items, slot machines; goods regulated by government or other agency specifications.

§  Replica and Counterfeit Items including imitations of designer goods; items without a celebrity endorsement that would normally require such an association, fake autographs, counterfeit  currencies stamps, and other potentially unauthorized goods.

§  Stocks and Other Securities or related financial products.

§  Stolen Property.

§  Surveillance Equipment.

§  Tobacco and cigarettes includes cigarettes, cigars, chewing tobacco, and related products.

§  Any other product or service which is not in compliance with all the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh.

Selling Account on

A seller may only maintain one Seller account for selling on unless you have a lawful business purpose to open a second account and all of his accounts are in good position (Wherever in this policy, “You” means and includes Seller or any lawful authorized person on behalf of Seller). If any of the accounts are not in good position, may deactivate all of your selling accounts until all accounts are in good position. You may have separate business account if :

§  You own multiple brands and maintain separate businesses for each

§  You manufacture products for two distinct and separate companies

§  You are recruited for an program that requires separate accounts

§  Or for any other lawful or legitimate reason that essentially needs a second account.


Authentic and correct Information

Seller(s) must always provide genuine and true information to and its customers, and update if any information changes. For example, you must use a business name that accurately identifies your business and list your products in the correct category. It is the Seller(s) duty not to put any false or misleading information about their identity, their products, or a brand on the Site. This means that Seller(s) will not engage in any unfair trade practices, which is a criminal offence that would also involve damages. Seller(s) will be solely responsible for all text, documents, images or other content or information uploaded, entered or otherwise transmitted by them in connection with their use of the Site.
